Change of mind:
We accept product returns for change of mind so long as the following is met.
- The product being returned is packed well and, in a brand-new sellable condition.
- Item is returned to us within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
We will then credit your account or allow an exchange. We do not refund for change of mind.
Incorrect or faulty products:
In the event that an item received has a defect, is faulty, or is just an incorrect product sent by us please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days and we will endeavour to work with you to solve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please email us a photo of any fault with your product as it may assist us resolving your issue more efficiently and accurately.
Damaged in Transit:
In the unlikely event of a parcel being damaged on arrival, please take photos of the parcel without opening it and photos of any damaged contents, then contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to solve the issue as quickly as we can.
